Mac plugin_test_macos seems to flakily time out with Xcode 16 on the ══╡ ••• Test plugin ••• ╞══ section of the test.

When it fails it ends with this log:

Perhaps a dialog is being displayed on the mac and causing it to hang.

    Looks like the app is hanging. It's not the entire computer, just the app. I was able to get a sample of the app, but I'm not sure what to look for.

    @cbracken Any ideas?
