As part of the release process (#172014), we need a Dart alignment hash.

The hash should have:

  • Paused the Dart SDK roll
  • Determined a hash that Dart has landed/tested in google3
  • Rolled that same hash into the Flutter SDK
  • Notified the Flutter release team

Once that last step is done, the Flutter release team can branch, and then notify the Dart team to restart the roller.
