Support searching and/or filtering previews and preview groups #175663

Adding search/filter options in the preview environment for group name, preview name, containing script, and containing package would make it much faster to navigate large preview sets without manually scrolling.
This would improve developer productivity and align with how IDEs filter symbols or files.
Hi @bkonyi, I've gone ahead and opened a PR for this over at #184023!
I added a persistent search bar to the controls row and wired up a filter toggle menu for the group, name, script, and package constraints. The state is all synced cleanly via the WidgetPreviewScaffoldController.
Quick question regarding the CI bots requesting tests: I held off on including tests in this initial commit because I noticed there were no existing UI/widget tests for this specific scaffold template. I wanted to avoid accidentally breaking the CLI test suite with flutter precache dependencies or environment setup issues.
What is the team's preferred approach for testing these generated flutter_tools templates? I'm more than happy to add pure-Dart unit tests for the controller's filtering logic, or UI tests if there is an established pattern you'd like me to follow. Just let me know what works best!
