Steps to reproduce

From a macos host,

  1. After having synced the flutter sources, run 
    $ ./engine/src/flutter/tools/gn \
   --disable-desktop-embeddings \
   --enable-minimal-linux \
   --linux-cpu=arm \
   --arm-float-abi=hard \
   --target-os=linux \
   --target-triple=armv7-unknown-linux-gnueabihf  \
   --target-sysroot=/ # some arbitrary path will do if you don't have an actual sysroot available

Expected results

The ninja build files should be generated succesfully

Actual results

The command exits with

ERROR at //flutter/shell/platform/embedder/BUILD.gn:147:21: Undeclared identifier
             cflags_objc = flutter_cflags_objc

    @planetmarshall thanks for the report and potential fix. I tried running command but I do not have necessary setup. Keeping it open for team's tracking.
