Android 10 system phone showDialog pop-up rendering issue using Vulkan.

Steps to reproduce

1、Create a transparent showDialog dialog box and add an update button to it.
2、When the example code below is placed on a Dialog, a black block will appear at the left corner.

This problem is resolved by disabling the new engine. Only Android 10 systems have this problem.

Expected results

I don't want black patches to appear on the cut corners.

Actual results

There are black blocks around the beveled corners of the button.

@YaKun-SH Can you provide device details (make and model) in which this behavior occurs ?
Also, what rendering it uses ? Vulkan or OpenGLES ? You can check that by running flutter run and it prints in the console something like using Vulkan / OpenGLES rendering engine.

Also, check the same scenario with latest master version as well to know if it still persist on it or not.

@darshankawar I upgraded to Flutter version 3.35.7, and the issue still occurs on the following phones. This problem may be related to certain Vulkan drivers, as these phones' run output is Vulkan：flutter/shell/platform/android/android_context_vk_impeller.cc(62)] Using the Impeller rendering backend (Vulkan).

I believe the issue is still related to the new engine's compatibility with Android 10.

Trigers think this is related to issues with Vulkan on Adreno devices which were recently deny-listed in 8834b42dff6e. The Xiaomi 10 however has an Adreno 650 which should ideally be also denylisted. cc @jason-simmons We should get this device because we are trying really hard to make Vulkan work on these devices when the right™ thing to do would just be to make them fallback to OpenGL.
