[google_maps_flutter] Support iOS SDK v10 #180272

Closed
flutter/packages
#10720

Description

@larry-cariq

The package google_maps_flutter_ios has this dependency on GoogleMaps:

s.dependency 'GoogleMaps', '>= 8.4', '< 10.0'

However, GoogleMaps is on version 10.7.0 and this constraint prevents the package from updating to this latest version of Google Maps on iOS.

    I had started to add this as part of the first attempt at adding SPM support, so it was dropped with that PR. Given the difficulties encountered with SPM we can add it in advance, and then add SPM support separately.
