[go_router_builder] Add compatibility with analyzer 10.x

go_router_builder isn't compatible with the latest analyzer and packages using these versions:

Because no versions of leancode_lint match >20.0.0 <21.0.0 and leancode_lint 20.0.0 depends on analyzer ^10.0.2, leancode_lint ^20.0.0 requires analyzer ^10.0.2.
And because go_router_builder 4.2.0 depends on analyzer >=8.2.0 <10.0.0 and no versions of go_router_builder match >4.2.0 <5.0.0, leancode_lint ^20.0.0 is incompatible with go_router_builder ^4.2.0.
So, because app depends on both go_router_builder ^4.2.0 and leancode_lint ^20.0.0, version solving failed.
Failed to update packages.

You can try the following suggestion to make the pubspec resolve:
* Consider downgrading your constraint on leancode_lint: flutter pub add dev:leancode_lint:^6.0.0
