Getting started improvements: what dart build? #1884
Description
The mac instructions say:
Mac:
brew tap dart-lang/dart && brew install dart, or, if you don’t use homebrew, grab the latest stable channel build
...but they don't say what build. There's several options: 32bit SDK, 32 bit Dartium, 64 SDK, and API docs. We should be specific about which version the developer should get.

We also don't say what you're supposed to do with it. Do I unpack the ZIP and put it in my Applications folder? Home directory? Some directory I created for Flutter development?

"Flutter requires Dart SDK 1.12.2 or greater" is probably wrong also. Don't we need at least 1.13 now?
