[google_maps_flutter_web] projection_test.dart flakily fails with DriverError on web #193452

Summary
On Linux_web web_platform_tests_shard_1 stable, the drive examples step of google_maps_flutter_web sometimes fails on example/latest/integration_test/projection_test.dart. flutter drive serves the app, but the driver never gets test results. request_data returns null and the run dies with an unhandled DriverError, before any test output.
Retrying on the same commit passes. Every red build on this builder in the last ~300 postsubmit builds was this failure.
