   This may be an issue with images generated on another context and then subsequently imported into another. We worked around this issue for screenshots and we may have to end up doing a picture rewrite along with a device-host transfer for such images. I don't think this is a Skia issue.

   flutter screenshot --type=skia --observatory-port=44631
   

   then the console report

   This is taking longer than expected...
   

   but nothing generated

   @wanjm : this seems to be a different issue. Can you please open a new issue with more details such as (1) what device/simulator did you use; (2) what flutter version did you use; (3) a minimal single-file Flutter app that can reproduce this issue ?

   after upgrade to flutter 1.7.8; it works now .
   but https://debugger.skia.org/ show no picture of my custom paint ;

   1. load the skp file, it shows the last page of my custom paint which is correct;
   2. but when i play step by step. though there is DrawPath command, but show nothing ;
   3. then finally came the last command, but it shows different from the inital one;
   4. so I can't go step by step to check what my draw doing;

   @wanjm : I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with https://debugger.skia.org. I've experienced similar issues with it too. According to my communication with the Skia team, they currently don't have enough resources to prioritize fixing its bugs. However, you're still encouraged to report the bug to http://skbug.com. Since Skia is fully open-sourced, you can also try to fix it by following https://skia.org/dev/contrib. The related source code should be in https://skia.googlesource.com/skia/+/refs/heads/master/tools/debugger/ and https://skia.googlesource.com/skia/+/refs/heads/master/tools/skiaserve/
