Setup default project structure to create editable host apps and hidden "modules" for linking projects. #23123
Setup default project structure to create editable host apps and hidden "modules" for linking projects.
This project structure should be equivalent to running the following 2 commands in the current tooling:
flutter create -t module my_app
cd my_app
flutter make-host-app-editable
Ensure that when making these changes that anyone who currently have a "module" project gets automatically migrated to this editable structure. We don't want public support for "make-host-app-editable" at this point in time, so we want to force everyone out of the current "module" project structure.
Rename the hidden directories for clarity:
.android_module
.ios_module
Ensure that hidden directories are marked hidden on windows.

@matthew-carroll can you give any more details on how this will impact those of us using existing instructions?

At this point this ticket is more of a proposal than anything else. The specifics have not been finalized.
