iOS text selection handles were fixed in #31332, but a hacky approximation had to be used to account for rounding error. It was suggested that the same effect could be achieved without the approximation and without all the breaking changes required to fix the rounding error: #31332 (comment)

We should remove the approximation as discussed to avoid relying on errors in the engine.

    We should remove all the rounding the engine and framework do, ideally.
