Clean project with flutter create has warning in Xcode 10.2+ "Migrate “English.lproj” (Deprecated)" #34290
Adoption of ISO 639-1 language designations became stricter in Xcode 10.2. "en" is acceptable on pre-Xcode 10.2, so developers running older versions of Xcode will not see a difference.
Xcode now more carefully distinguishes between legacy localization identifiers such as “English” and modern localization identifiers such as “en” and represents them both in both project files and the user interface. (45469882)
CFBundleDevelopmentRegion and developmentRegion should be migrated from "English" to "en". It looks like localized resources are already in Base.lproj, so those files do not need to be moved.
