Handle ZipException from gradle invocations #36282

Closed

Description

@jonahwilliams

The gradle wrapper will download the correct user specified gradle version into a shared directory. One particular failure case is where the temp directory where this is done is already being used by another process, or is otherwise missing permissions.

One way to solve this is to give that folder permissions, another is to delete the folder after clearing whatever process is holding it.

We should catch and present a better error message for this case.
