The text selection overflow menu in native Android animates the icon transition between the 3 dot more_vert icon and arrow_back, so Flutter should do this too! However, it seems that AnimatedIcons doesn't support this transition. We should add it.

This is what native Android looks like:

I noticed this when implementing the overflow menu in #49391.
