My Observations:

flutter build web(default web rednerer)
Works fine on the desktop browser
TextAlign.justifynot effective on mobile browsers. -
flutter build web --web-renderer canvaskit
Works fine on both mobile and desktop. -
flutter build web --web-renderer html
TextAlign.justifynot effective on both desktop and mobile browsers. -
flutter run -d chrome
TextAlign.justifynot effective.
Additionally, does work on Linux desktop. So I suppose it's a web-only thing.

flutter doctor -v.

When I use:
In the Mac Chrome and Safari working fine and also in Android Chrome, but not in the Safari and in Chrome for iOS.
I have investigated and I found that the problem is caused by
white-space: pre-wrap;that not work withtext-align: justify;.
