Text selection menu should fade during scroll #52425

Description

@justinmc

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a multiline TextField and fill it with more text than it can fit vertically, so that it allows scrolling.
  2. Long press to open the text selection menu.
  3. Scroll the field a bit.
  4. The menu should fade out during scrolling and then fade back in, but it doesn't!

Here is native Android and Flutter side by side (native iOS does the same thing as native Android).

    On my gif, native Android
    The menu is hidden, but not for long

    It's not noticeable on the author's gif

    Device: Google Pixel 4
    OS: Android 10

    @nikitadol Thanks for clarifying that! Looks like it actually fades out and back in pretty quickly. We'll have to match that in Flutter.
