in index.html above <script src="main.dart.js" type="application/javascript"></script>

I'm working on this adding this audio track selection feature. As of now, i'm focusing on just providing a method to get the list of audio tracks available on android and ios to start with.
on android i've implemented and tested it. works fine.
ios WIP.
I might need some help to get this PR landed in this repo as its my first contribution to this flutter repo.
