https://flutter-dashboard.appspot.com/status.html shows that we recorded 1 frame, missed 0 frames, and average is 0.04. This is madness. Gotta fix. Interestingly, the latest iOS run recorded 99 frames, so could be Android-only issue, although iOS has been red for a while now.
