DropdownButton should support hints #7095
Description
@HansMuller has fixed #6422 by animating label depending on dropdown.value being null or not.
Since our labels are fairly long (multi-line), we do not prefer hint -> label animations and would rather have DropdownButton support a hint: argument that would be displayed if value is null (similar to InputField).
