Don't time out during debugging #7310
Description
Steps to Reproduce
Set a breakpoint in IntelliJ and run the app. When execution stops at the breakpoint after a few seconds I get
Uninstalling old version...

Exception from flutter run: TimeoutException after 0:00:10.000000: Future not completed

Run your application with flutter run and attach all the log output.
Run flutter analyze and attach any output of that command also.
