   There's a lot of noise in that issue.
   This is just about supporting the double-tap gesture and nothing else.
   @iapicca I propose treating issues related to the Apple Pencil as 'sub-issues' of #38135 (e.g. scribble, double-tap support, shape recognition, PencilKit UI)

   To anyone thinking this is out of scope, take a look at the code sample apple gives, it's not some high level API or even anything that requires complex UI interactions.
