☂️ Migrate first-party packages to NNBD #75567

Description

@stuartmorgan-g

The packages at flutter/packages need to be migrated to null safety.

I'll update this issue with a list once I've done an audit to see which ones actually make sense to migrate at this point (not all are used as traditional packages), but for anyone interested in contributing before I've done that, multicast_dns and palette_generator are almost certainly on that list.

    I would like to migrate palette_generator and pointer_interceptor packages to null safety. Let me know if they are available so I can raise PRs

    I'm not aware of anyone having started either migration.

    @stuartmorgan, I'd like to work on multicast_dns, looks like there is no WIP on that one.
