Flaky timeout in platform_interaction_test_ios #77931

Let's track these individually and just use this one to track
platform_interaction_test_ios, there are a few reasons tests can time out (I caught one yesterday with a bad cable, for example in #66153 (comment)). It may be the same reasons, but I'd rather investigate separately.We should be able to track down more info now that we have screenshots on timeouts like this.

Haven't seen this in awhile. Maybe was related to #78076? Later ones may have been related to the pending iOS update 14.4.* updates, which we've seen user reports of +30 second app launch times until the upgrade happens (don't ask me about what mechanism would be responsible for that). I don't think anyone was able to reproduce it locally.
