Flutter doctor on Windows stuck in endless loop when connection is lost. #8627
This issue may be hard to reproduce, as it happened on first initialization.
Make sure Flutter is not installed yet on the system (flutter doctor run for the first time).
Run Flutter doctor using cmd to download necessary parts on Windows (10).
Wait for doctor to transfer 'BITS'.
Interrupt any connection to the internet while the transfer is in progress.
Expected behavior: doctor fails to finish, prints some errors and terminates.
Actual behavior: doctor gets stuck in a endless loop; constantly printing errors when it fails and then immediately retrying and failing again.
