Tune PageView physics for iOS fidelity #97064

Open

Description

@nt4f04uNd

#95423 copied the Android ViewPager physics into PageView.

The iOS UIPageViewController implementation is not open source, but judging with tabs_overlay app, it is quite similar. One could use this app to add a platform check and tune the physics for iOS.

    @Piinks I attached videos of good quality from iOS to my new PR #116457

    The new simulation seems very close to a real thing, do we really need to do anything else here?

    It looks like in the video the pages get out of sync, so I we may want to leave this open to revisit if the PR moves forward with the same behavior.

    UIPageViewController supports two modes: pageCurl and scroll. Currently, Flutter has only implemented the scroll mode. Is it possible to support pageCurl to ensure the same experience as Cupertino widgets and native iOS?
