[CP-beta]Move a few benchmarks from x64 Intel Macs to ARM - #189399
Conversation
Most of the benchmarks will either run on ARM Macs-only, or run on both ARM and x64 platforms. These 3 benchmarks currently only run on x64 Intel Macs (which we are [deprecating](flutter#188328)). Move them to ARM bots. Generally we want to keep testing Intel Macs on beta and stable until current master is released, but since these 3 benchmarks should have been running on ARM, and they aren't testing anything architecture-specific, I will cherry-pick these changes to stable and beta. This will unfortunately break the historical data for these benchmarks and it will show up in skiaperf as new benchmarks. The part of flutter#189144 that should be cherry-picked to beta and stable. Code Review
This pull request updates three Mac-based benchmark and simulator targets in .ci.yaml to run on Mac_arm64 instead of Mac_mokey or Mac_x64. Additionally, it sets the bringup: true property for these targets. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

This pull request is created by automatic cherry pick workflow
Please fill in the form below, and a flutter domain expert will evaluate this cherry pick request.
Issue Link:
What is the link to the issue this cherry-pick is addressing?
Part of #189144
Impact Description:
What is the impact (ex. visual jank on Samsung phones, app crash, cannot ship an iOS app)?
Does it impact development (ex. flutter doctor crashes when Android Studio is installed),
or the shipping of production apps (the app crashes on launch).
This information is for domain experts and release engineers to understand the consequences of saying yes or no to the cherry pick.
Release builders should match the master branch configs. These builders were moved from x64 Intel Macs to ARM Macs in #189377. Without this change, the beta release branch will try to run the old builder names and fail because the infra config is missing.
There will be a follow-up cherry-pick to bring it out of bringup when they pass in post-submit
