Upgrade notes: the model no longer reads casual and registered, which add up to the target; retrain and re-promote models registered before 6.1.0. New models are logged without pickle (MLflow models from code + skops). Dependencies are on their latest releases, including pandas 3, and plotly moved to the notebook group.
Validation: 64 tests passed, three existing expected failures, and 100% coverage; the full local gate, the Docker image build, and all six MLflow jobs pass, and CI is green on the release commit. Dependency audits report no findings.
