fix: update streamer crate for lapin 4.0.0 API changes - #942

lapin 4.0.0 introduces breaking API changes requiring string parameters to be ShortString instead of &str, and makes the publisher_confirm module private.

Changes

• Import: Use lapin::Confirmation directly instead of lapin::publisher_confirm::Confirmation (now private)
• Type conversions: Add .into() calls for all lapin method string parameters:
  • Queue operations: queue_declare, queue_delete, queue_purge
  • Exchange operations: exchange_declare, queue_bind
  • Publishing: basic_publish
  • Consumer operations: basic_consume, channel.close
