Description

Ensure cache spans emit low-cardinality span names when span streaming is enabled.

Span name rules: yet to be merged, proposal here: getsentry/sentry-conventions#605

Fallback constant: CACHE_SPAN_NAME_FALLBACK in packages/core/src/tracing/spans/spanNames.ts
