.rst note and warning lack proper CSS classes

Restructured text has directives like

 ... note ::

       Your note

  .. warning ::

        Your warning

(I think they are called admonitions in general)

GitHub does not have proper CSS classes for them, making the output look messy.

Would be nice if Github would support those... I have same problem here: https://github.com/collective/icalendar
