Towards googleapis/java-bigtable#233

The following classes miss toString() method:

  • com.google.api.gax.rpc.OperationCallSettings
  • com.google.api.gax.rpc.InstantiatingWatchdogProvider
  • com.google.api.gax.rpc.NoHeaderProvider
  • com.google.api.gax.rpc.ApiClientHeaderProvider
  • com.google.api.gax.tracing.NoopApiTracerFactory
  • com.google.api.gax.core.InstantiatingExecutorProvider
  • com.google.api.gax.grpc.InstantiatingGrpcChannelProvider
