The version of libraries-bom in README has not been updated in a few months.

Theoretically it should be updated by hermetic build such as this update in google-cloud-java.

    This issue is now fixed by d5e705b. README is now generated by librarian generate and the libraries-bom versionin README is now managed by librarian.yaml .
