Identity V3: system scope roles #3846
Description
What is missing?
Current implementation is missing support for assigning system roles and subsequently querying such assignments:
- /v3/system - system roles API
- /v3/role_assignments - generic querying function supports filtering by system scope
If this is accepted, I will send PR for it.
Currently, we're missing this functionality in OpenStack Terraform provider. There's already an issue but, obviously, it requires gophercloud implementation first.

It looks like this was already addressed by #3900 (the PR in the thread)
Which was already made in the newest release (2.14) though. That being said, I'm closing this issue, but feel free to re-open if anything is missing.
