Trove jobs fail on openstack main #3982

What happened?
Trove jobs are constantly failing since 6th of July with:
got 422 instead: {"unprocessableEntity": {"code": 422, "message": "The configuration parameter collation_server is not supported for this datastore: postgresql 18."}}

It looks like the trove job is not deterministic and will end up with postgresql instead of mysql/mariadb (all the ones that failed):

openstack/trove@25dde62d8f0b changed Trove's devstack plugin from registering a single datastore to registering all three.
We should update the test so that it's not tied to mysql/mariadb.
