… to recordsets

Add AllProjects and SudoTenantID fields to ListOpts, CreateOpts,
UpdateOpts, and DeleteOpts, allowing admin users to enumerate and
manage recordsets across projects via X-Auth-All-Projects header,
and to impersonate a tenant via X-Auth-Sudo-Tenant-ID header.

Follows the optional type assertion pattern established in the zones
package. DeleteWithOpts is introduced as a new function to pass
optional headers without breaking the existing Delete signature.

You're right, it's been a while. We'll cut a new release very soon.
