Do we want to return () after everything has been read from our recvmsg, or should it return the number of bytes read at the same rate as the underlying syscall? Do we want both versions of the function, like recvmsg + recvmsgAll?
How do we want to represent flags? Would a newtype wrapper implementing Bits be sufficient?
What arguments should our recvmsg take? :: [ByteString] -> Flags -> IO Int, :: [(Ptr Word8, Int)] -> Flags -> IO Int or something else?
