infinite loop #88

When The file has "broken uncompressed",
tree doesnt make symbol value.

so try to GetSymbol in "GetSymbol Function"(InflaterHuffmanTree.cs) return 0
then, Indulge in and endless loop

So, I fixed init tree to -1 in my local.
And I want to fix this bug.
