Bumps the version to 1.0.0 in
pyproject.toml,uv.lock, the README install tags andrun.sh, the same files #44 touched for 0.5.1.1.0.0 is a major version because of two breaking changes: #51 reworks
osm_extract_download, and #53 makes osmium the default forosm_planet_extract.After merge: push the
v1.0.0tag. The release workflow checks that the tag matchespyproject.toml, runs the full test suite, publishes the amd64 and arm64 image toghcr.io/interline-io/planetutils:v1.0.0, and creates the release with the wheel and sdist. Then the auto-generated notes get replaced with a hand-written migration guide.Until the tag is pushed, the README install commands point at a
