Propulsion sync fails to populate the
correlationId/causationIdfields in theITimelineEvent.While this is rarely important (correlation/causation identifiers and event metadata should rarely be touched by application logic), it's critical to
propulsion syncfaithfully copying that field; particularly when copying from Cosmos to Cosmos
