What would you like to see implemented?
This is a top level issue for tracking the necessary work for accomplish parity with CAPO regarding the Port controller.
- AdminStateUp (Port: add adminStateUp field #617)
- MACAddress (Port: add MACAddress field #618)

- PropagateUplinkStatus (Port: add propagationUplinkStatus field #641)
- ValueSpecs (port: add ValueSpecs field #770)

I believe it'll be easier to review by having each of these features in separate PRs.
