Hi there 👋

🎓 I'm Kevin, a Software Engineering student at Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe's top-ranked universities.. I graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a BS in Computer Science and Engineering with the maximum grade of 110 Cum Laude/110. I am currently pursuing a MS in Computer Science and Engineering. I was selected for the IDEA League Summer School "Ethics, Philosophy and Politics of AI for Sustainability" at ETH Zürich, an interdisciplinary program with MSc and PhD participants from computer science, ethics, and political philosophy, where I worked on satellite-based greenhouse gas emissions estimation.

✈️ I built GreenJourney, a full-stack iOS app and Go backend that combines Google Maps, Amadeus APIs, and a CreateML model to suggest sustainable travel destinations. The project involved designing a RESTful backend with PostgreSQL, implementing JWT authentication, architecting the iOS app in SwiftUI with MVVM, and writing extensive unit and integration tests, demonstrating my ability to deliver production-quality full-stack applications.

☁️ I have deep knowledge of cloud technologies, having completed a PhD-level Cloud Computing course where I deployed a distributed video analysis pipeline across AWS EC2, Lambda, and Greengrass, orchestrated by a reinforcement learning agent that dynamically migrates components based on load.

🤖 I'm passionate about AI and machine learning. I won the AN2DL Challenge at Politecnico, ranking 1st among 700+ students by implementing Bi-LSTM model in PyTorch. I have also completed Stanford University and DeepLearning.AI certifications in Supervised Machine Learning and Advanced Learning Algorithms to deepen my expertise in cutting-edge algorithms.
