[Surface Pro 11 Intel] [Regression] Wi-Fi does not work on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS #1936

Tested on Zorin OS 18 Core based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
Followed the installation instructions for Ubuntu - process completed without any errors, creating kernel 6.17.1-surface-2. After the reboot the system doesn't see the wifi interface anymore.

Ironically, upstream kernel 6.14.0-37 that came with the distro has no issues with connecting to wi-fi.
