Make sure C compiler, Make, CMake is installed (e.g. sudo apt install build-essential cmake), then:
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ../
cmake --build .

The original "MSFA" codebase is under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Any new code and modifications by Maksim Lin is under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Updates to the "MSFA" code by Dexed team is under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
