PRovide a way to actually enable the natvis diagnostics in VS Code #1432

You should be able to enable natvis diagnostic in your launch.json.
E.g.

"program": ...,
"natvisDiagnostics": "verbose"
}
Ah, it needs to be in the logging object, like this:
{
"program": ...,
"logging": {
"natvisDiagnostics": "verbose",
},
}

Andrew Wang (@WardenGnaw) could you write, please, in what window logs should appear?
There doesnt seem to be any way to enable the diagnostic output if you're using this with VS Code; I have no idea how to debug natvis issues without this ability.
