This adds a short "GUI tools" section to website/docs/welcome/compatibility.md with LibreDB Studio, an open source web-based database IDE we maintain. It connects to Garnet as a Redis connection.

We checked the key browser, the command editor, the session list and the overview against the ghcr.io/microsoft/garnet:latest image (Garnet 2.2.0).

Documentation only, no code changes. Happy to move the section elsewhere if you prefer.
