Make insta more verbose #976

Currently, when an insta test fails, there is no output shown, e.g.:

running 3 tests
stored new snapshot C:\Users\task_167152647295518\rust-code-analysis\tests./repositories/rca-output/snapshots\serde\serde\src\de\test__mod.rs.snap.new
stored new snapshot C:\Users\task_167152647295518\rust-code-analysis\tests./repositories/rca-output/snapshots\serde\serde\src\de\test__impls.rs.snap.new
error: test failed, to rerun pass -p rust-code-analysis --test test
Caused by:
process didn't exit successfully: C:\Users\task_167152647295518\rust-code-analysis\target\debug\deps\test-67337ed3b4039425.exe (exit code: 1)

This makes it pretty hard to debug errors.
