Openstack v3 for external storage not documented #1846

Description

@doc75

Hello,

Looking at the documentation here: https://docs.nextcloud.com//server/18/admin_manual/configuration_files/external_storage/openstack.html

It only shows how to configure Openstack v2, not Openstack v3 (supported at least since NC16).

I was not able to find the right values from OpenRC file to make it work.
An update of the documentation would be welcome.

If somebody has the information, I am ready to update the documentation.

    For someone looking to complete this, I did some digging. The Primary Storage docs were already updated:

    The External Storage docs (the topic of this issue) need to be updated based on a mixture of the above and on:

    The field naming/mapping is a little different.

    Still missing. admin_manual/configuration_files/external_storage/openstack.rst line 10 explicitly says 'uses the OpenStack Keystone v2 protocol' and there is no v3 section.

    Keystone v3 has been supported in Nextcloud for some time (nextcloud/server#9286, added in #19540) and the Primary Storage docs were updated accordingly, but the External Storage page was not. The required fields for v3 (project domain, user domain, project name, etc.) are different from v2 and need to be documented here.
