Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are times when we need to collect participants' contact information for various reasons. For example, to manage pre-order deliveries or other tasks. This information can then be reused for follow-ups and in other Nextcloud applications.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful to include contact information via a checkbox that the user can select in the form (e.g., “I consent to the use of the contact information stored in my account”). From that point on, detailed account information would be included when extracting results, for example.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have to ask users to fill out all their information on every form each time.
