Release Management #211

Description

@korelstar

The last release was 6 months ago and we had some bugs fixed since then, and new features are coming. @Henni seems to not have any time to publish a new release, currently. Unfortunately, he is the only person who has sufficient rights to publish a new relase to apps.nextcloud.com. Therefore, we should extend the circle of people who can do this, e.g. by sharing the appstore account.

Please see also the disuscussion under #177. There, @jancborchardt proposed @korelstar or @camilasan. I've agreed to do this.

What do you think, @Henni ?

    This is becoming more important, since the release of Nextcloud 14 is coming sooner. Unfortunately, the current release of the notes app (v2.3.2) is not compatible with Nextcloud 14 (max-version="13").

    We have to release a new version, soon!

    @Henni transferred the ownership in the app-store to me. I will do some tests, fix a known-issue (design problem in Nextcloud 14) and publish a new version, then.
